For SaaS teams we cover the whole loop: multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing with Stripe, onboarding flows, and the marketing site that sells the product. Speed to first paying customer is the metric we build around.
Companies in Germany work with us fully remotely: one founder as your point of contact, weekly demos, delivery on EU hours, everything in English.

What design includes
What design means for SaaS & Technology businesses
SaaS design work is rarely a rebrand. It is the empty states nobody drew, the settings screen that grew by accretion, and a component set that three developers each interpreted differently. We design the system rather than the screens: tokens, states and patterns that keep the tenth feature looking like the first, plus the onboarding sequence that decides whether a trial ever reaches value.
- Component library with tokens, states and dark mode, wired to your code
- Onboarding and empty states designed as a sequence, not as leftovers
- Settings, billing and admin screens, the ones that always get skipped

Working with bradi.tech from Germany
- Invoicing and VAT
- You are invoiced in euros from Türkiye, outside the EU, so no VAT is charged and there is no reverse-charge entry to make: it is a straightforward import of services for your accountant.
- Hours and language
- One hour behind Berlin. The full German working day overlaps ours, delivery is in English, and written specifications are kept as a matter of course.
- What local costs
- Mittelstand agencies in Munich and Hamburg quote 110 to 160 euros an hour for senior development, and an in-house Senior Entwickler costs around 85,000 euros plus employer contributions.
- This market
- The German market rewards documentation and process more than pace, and the Mittelstand demand is heavily operational: production tracking, quoting and reporting software rather than another consumer app. That is our strongest overlap of any market.

Design for SaaS & Technology businesses in Germany: FAQ
- Do you offer design for companies in Germany?
- Yes, we deliver design for clients in Germany fully remotely, as we do across Europe, North America and the Middle East. You work directly with the founder, see progress weekly, and everything runs in English on EU hours.
- Have you worked with SaaS companies and tech startups before?
- Yes. For SaaS teams we cover the whole loop: multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing with Stripe, onboarding flows, and the marketing site that sells the product. Speed to first paying customer is the metric we build around.
- What does design cost in Germany?
- We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below local agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
- How fast can you start?
- Usually within one to two weeks of the intro call. A typical MVP ships in 4–8 weeks; a landing page in 1–2 weeks. You see working output every week from the first sprint.
- Can you work with the component library we already have?
- Yes, and extending one usually beats replacing it. We audit what exists, keep what works, and fix the inconsistencies that make the product feel unfinished. A full redesign is worth it when the underlying model changed, not because the buttons drifted.
- What if the scope changes halfway through?
- It usually does, and weekly demos are what make that safe. Changes get priced against what is left rather than triggering a renegotiation of the whole project.
- Which language and hours do you work in?
- Everything runs in English on European hours, which overlaps the working day in Germany. Turkish is available too, since that is where the studio is based.
- How do we know the work is any good before we commit?
- Everything on this site is real: the projects are live, the reviews are verified on the platforms we were hired through, and the founder video is two minutes of the person you would be working with. Ask for a reference and you get one.
Need design in Germany?
A 20-minute call is enough to scope it. You talk directly to the founder, the same person who will build it.
