Software for companies in Malta, and the marketing that grows it
Malta's economy runs on internationally licensed digital business, iGaming, fintech, maritime services, where a polished, trustworthy web presence is table stakes. We build fast, conversion-focused sites and platforms for companies that sell credibility across borders.
bradi.tech is a remote-first studio: we build SaaS, web apps and factory software with Next.js, then run the SEO and paid ads that grow them. One partner from the first commit to the first customers.

Hiring Platform
Hiring Platform is a recruitment marketplace that connects companies with a network of 1,382+ specialist recruiters on a pay-on-success basis. Employers post a role, tap into vetted recruiters, and pay a simple 15% success fee only when a hire is made: dramatically reducing time-to-hire.

AI Voice Coaching Platform
A platform that takes one coach’s method for emotional release and makes it available to anyone, in any language, for free: a real-time AI voice coach that guides a full session. On top of that sits the business: certification for human coaches, and their own voice-cloned AI trained on their method.

AI Skincare Matching App
A consumer AI product for a Spanish beauty company. You photograph your skin and the creams you are considering; it reads each formula against your skin profile and tells you which one actually fits, with a score and the reasoning behind it, so people stop buying on marketing claims.
Working with bradi.tech from Malta
- Invoicing and VAT
- You are invoiced in euros from Türkiye, outside the EU, so no VAT is charged and there is no reverse-charge entry to make: it is a straightforward import of services for your accountant.
- Hours and language
- Same time zone as Valletta, a full working day overlap. Delivery runs in English, which is an official language here.
- What local costs
- Local agency rates run 70 to 110 euros an hour in a talent pool small enough that specialists are often simply unavailable.
- This market
- Malta's gaming and financial licensing sectors dominate its software demand, both carrying regulatory reporting requirements that shape the architecture from the first version.

Working with bradi.tech from Malta
- Do you work with companies in Malta?
- Yes, we work with clients in Malta fully remotely, as we do across Europe, North America and the Middle East. You get one point of contact (the founder), weekly demo calls, and a shared channel for day-to-day questions. Everything happens in English.
- How does a project usually start?
- With a short intro call. We scope the first shippable version together, you get a fixed plan for the first milestone, and a typical MVP goes live in 4–8 weeks. You see working software every week, not a big reveal at the end.
- What does it cost compared to a local agency in Malta?
- We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below local agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The exact number depends on scope, the intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
- Can you also handle the marketing after launch?
- That is the point of bradi.tech: we build the product, then run the SEO and Meta ads that grow it in Malta and beyond. Most agencies do one or the other; our two services exist so you have one accountable partner for both.
- Who owns the code and the accounts when we are done?
- You do, from the first commit. The repository, the ad accounts, the analytics and the domains are created in your name or transferred to it, and there is no proprietary layer you have to keep paying us to maintain.
- How does a week actually look?
- You see working software or live campaign numbers every week, not a status report. Between demos everything runs async on a shared board, so you can check progress without a meeting.
- Can you take over something another team started?
- Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a fixed-fee audit of the existing code or account before quoting the Malta engagement, so nobody commits to a rebuild before we both know what is actually there.
Building something in Malta?
A 20-minute call is enough to scope it. You talk directly to the founder, the same person who will build it.
