What Google Ads means for HR & Recruitment businesses

HR search splits cleanly into two accounts that should never share a budget. Software buyers search for tools, integrations and compliance, with long consideration and high value. Recruitment searches are volume, local and seasonal. Running both in one account means the algorithm optimises toward whichever converts faster and quietly starves the other.

  • Separate software and recruitment accounts, with their own budgets
  • Job campaigns by role and radius, with location extensions
  • Buyer-side campaigns on integration and compliance search intent

Working with bradi.tech from Netherlands

Invoicing and VAT
You are invoiced in euros from Türkiye, outside the EU, so no VAT is charged and there is no reverse-charge entry to make: it is a straightforward import of services for your accountant.
Hours and language
One hour behind Amsterdam, so the whole Dutch working day overlaps ours. Delivery runs in English, and we already operate a Dutch entity with a local partner through Rehome BV.
What local costs
A senior Next.js developer in Randstad agencies runs roughly 95 to 140 euros an hour, and an in-house hire lands near 75,000 euros plus employer costs.
This market
Dutch clients decide quickly and expect directness, which suits a weekly demo cycle: we have shipped e-commerce SEO builds and event platforms for Dutch companies and know how fast the feedback loop can move here.

Google Ads for HR & Recruitment businesses in the Netherlands: FAQ

Do you offer Google Ads for companies in the Netherlands?
Yes, we deliver Google Ads for clients in the Netherlands fully remotely, as we do across Europe, North America and the Middle East. You work directly with the founder, see progress weekly, and everything runs in English on EU hours.
Have you worked with HR-tech companies and recruitment teams before?
Yes. Our HR work runs deep: AI-powered candidate screening, video interview platforms and mobile apps for applicants. We know the domain's hard parts: bias reduction, ATS integrations, and keeping candidates in the funnel.
What does Google Ads cost in the Netherlands?
We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below local agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
How fast can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of the intro call. A typical MVP ships in 4–8 weeks; a landing page in 1–2 weeks. You see working output every week from the first sprint.
Can one account do both hiring and software leads?
Technically yes, effectively no. The conversion values are orders of magnitude apart, so smart bidding will always favour the cheap one. Separate accounts or at minimum separate campaigns with their own budgets and conversion actions, otherwise your expensive lead type disappears within a month.
Who owns the code and the accounts when we are done?
You do, from the first commit. The repository, the ad accounts, the analytics and the domains are created in your name or transferred to it, and there is no proprietary layer you have to keep paying us to maintain.
How does a week actually look?
You see working software or live campaign numbers every week, not a status report. Between demos everything runs async on a shared board, so you can check progress without a meeting.
Can you take over something another team started?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a fixed-fee audit of the existing code or account before quoting the the Netherlands engagement, so nobody commits to a rebuild before we both know what is actually there.

Need Google Ads in the Netherlands?

A 20-minute call is enough to scope it. You talk directly to the founder, the same person who will build it.
