Software for companies in Portugal, and the marketing that grows it
Lisbon has become Europe's favourite founder city, with a startup scene that punches far above the country's size. We work with early-stage teams at exactly that stage: an MVP in 4–8 weeks, then the landing pages, SEO and ads that get it its first customers.
bradi.tech is a remote-first studio: we build SaaS, web apps and factory software with Next.js, then run the SEO and paid ads that grow them. One partner from the first commit to the first customers.

AI Voice Coaching Platform
A platform that takes one coach’s method for emotional release and makes it available to anyone, in any language, for free: a real-time AI voice coach that guides a full session. On top of that sits the business: certification for human coaches, and their own voice-cloned AI trained on their method.

AI Skincare Matching App
A consumer AI product for a Spanish beauty company. You photograph your skin and the creams you are considering; it reads each formula against your skin profile and tells you which one actually fits, with a score and the reasoning behind it, so people stop buying on marketing claims.
Working with bradi.tech from Portugal
- Invoicing and VAT
- You are invoiced in euros from Türkiye, outside the EU, so no VAT is charged and there is no reverse-charge entry to make: it is a straightforward import of services for your accountant.
- Hours and language
- Two hours ahead of Lisbon, so your morning begins with completed work. Delivery is in English.
- What local costs
- Lisbon and Porto agencies quote 55 to 90 euros an hour, though the influx of foreign tech employers is pushing senior salaries up quickly.
- This market
- Portugal has become a base for foreign tech companies, which has raised local salary expectations faster than local budgets, so Portuguese businesses increasingly compete for developers against remote-paying employers.

Working with bradi.tech from Portugal
- Do you work with companies in Portugal?
- Yes, we work with clients in Portugal fully remotely, as we do across Europe, North America and the Middle East. You get one point of contact (the founder), weekly demo calls, and a shared channel for day-to-day questions. Everything happens in English.
- How does a project usually start?
- With a short intro call. We scope the first shippable version together, you get a fixed plan for the first milestone, and a typical MVP goes live in 4–8 weeks. You see working software every week, not a big reveal at the end.
- What does it cost compared to a local agency in Portugal?
- We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below local agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The exact number depends on scope, the intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
- Can you also handle the marketing after launch?
- That is the point of bradi.tech: we build the product, then run the SEO and Meta ads that grow it in Portugal and beyond. Most agencies do one or the other; our two services exist so you have one accountable partner for both.
- What do you need from us to start?
- One decision maker who can answer questions inside a day, whatever brand assets exist, and access to the systems we are touching. That is enough to start; the rest gets defined as we go.
- What happens after launch?
- Most clients stay on a monthly retainer for improvements and growth. It is optional and month to month: the handover includes documentation good enough for another team to pick it up.
- How do you price?
- Per project, not per hour, so the incentive is to ship rather than to bill. You get a concrete number after the intro call, not a range, and it does not move unless the scope does.
Building something in Portugal?
A 20-minute call is enough to scope it. You talk directly to the founder, the same person who will build it.
