How fast can you start?

It matters differently. They do not want personality, they want to find the right part and trust the number next to it. Good design here is information design: clear tables, consistent units, honest photography of the actual product. That is what makes a technical buyer shortlist you.
How do you price?
Per project, not per hour, so the incentive is to ship rather than to bill. You get a concrete number after the intro call, not a range, and it does not move unless the scope does.
What if the scope changes halfway through?
It usually does, and weekly demos are what make that safe. Changes get priced against what is left rather than triggering a renegotiation of the whole project.
Which language and hours do you work in?
Everything runs in English on European hours, which overlaps the working day in Slovenia. Turkish is available too, since that is where the studio is based.
