Software for companies in Spain, and the marketing that grows it
Spanish clients have brought us some of our most interesting AI work, a skincare-matching app, a voice-coaching platform, a hiring product. Madrid and Barcelona are producing serious AI-native startups, and we build for that space daily: LLM integrations, matching engines, production AI features.
bradi.tech is a remote-first studio: we build SaaS, web apps and factory software with Next.js, then run the SEO and paid ads that grow them. One partner from the first commit to the first customers.

Hiring Platform
Hiring Platform is a recruitment marketplace that connects companies with a network of 1,382+ specialist recruiters on a pay-on-success basis. Employers post a role, tap into vetted recruiters, and pay a simple 15% success fee only when a hire is made: dramatically reducing time-to-hire.

AI Voice Coaching Platform
A platform that takes one coach’s method for emotional release and makes it available to anyone, in any language, for free: a real-time AI voice coach that guides a full session. On top of that sits the business: certification for human coaches, and their own voice-cloned AI trained on their method.

AI Skincare Matching App
A consumer AI product for a Spanish beauty company. You photograph your skin and the creams you are considering; it reads each formula against your skin profile and tells you which one actually fits, with a score and the reasoning behind it, so people stop buying on marketing claims.
Working with bradi.tech from Spain
- Invoicing and VAT
- You are invoiced in euros from Türkiye, outside the EU, so no VAT is charged and there is no reverse-charge entry to make: it is a straightforward import of services for your accountant.
- Hours and language
- One hour behind Madrid, with the full Spanish working day covered, including the later afternoon rhythm. Delivery runs in English, with Spanish-language interfaces where the product needs them.
- What local costs
- Madrid and Barcelona agencies quote 60 to 100 euros an hour for senior development, low for western Europe but rising fast.
- This market
- Spain's tourism, hospitality and property sectors generate steady demand for booking and operations software, and multilingual interfaces are the norm rather than the exception given the regional languages.

Working with bradi.tech from Spain
- Do you work with companies in Spain?
- Yes, we work with clients in Spain fully remotely, as we do across Europe, North America and the Middle East. You get one point of contact (the founder), weekly demo calls, and a shared channel for day-to-day questions. Everything happens in English.
- How does a project usually start?
- With a short intro call. We scope the first shippable version together, you get a fixed plan for the first milestone, and a typical MVP goes live in 4–8 weeks. You see working software every week, not a big reveal at the end.
- What does it cost compared to a local agency in Spain?
- We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below local agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The exact number depends on scope, the intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
- Can you also handle the marketing after launch?
- That is the point of bradi.tech: we build the product, then run the SEO and Meta ads that grow it in Spain and beyond. Most agencies do one or the other; our two services exist so you have one accountable partner for both.
- Can you take over something another team started?
- Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a fixed-fee audit of the existing code or account before quoting the Spain engagement, so nobody commits to a rebuild before we both know what is actually there.
- What do you need from us to start?
- One decision maker who can answer questions inside a day, whatever brand assets exist, and access to the systems we are touching. That is enough to start; the rest gets defined as we go.
- What happens after launch?
- Most clients stay on a monthly retainer for improvements and growth. It is optional and month to month: the handover includes documentation good enough for another team to pick it up.
Building something in Spain?
A 20-minute call is enough to scope it. You talk directly to the founder, the same person who will build it.
