How we built PredictHire
The Challenge
Traditional hiring processes are slow, biased, and resource-intensive. Companies like Woolworths Group were spending thousands of recruitment hours manually screening candidates, leading to inconsistent evaluations and delayed hiring decisions.
The Solution
We developed the hiring platform with an AI Smart Interviewer that conducts asynchronous text and video-based interviews. The system uses advanced NLP to analyze candidate responses, identifying key personality traits and job-related competencies to generate a weighted suitability score for each applicant.
