How we built PredictHire Talent
The Challenge
Candidates needed a convenient way to participate in AI-powered screening interviews without being tied to a desktop. The existing web-based flow created friction, especially for high-volume roles where candidates often applied on-the-go.
The Solution
We built a dedicated mobile app that lets candidates record video responses and complete text-based AI interviews directly from their smartphones. The app guides users through each step with a clean, intuitive interface and delivers push notifications when new interview invitations arrive.
