The custom fishing lure market was fragmented across eBay, social media, and individual maker websites. Anglers had no central place to discover, compare, and purchase handmade baits from independent makers.
The Solution
We developed Tackle.net as the definitive marketplace for custom fishing tackle. The platform features a Lure Radar that tracks new drops in real-time, AI-powered side-by-side lure comparisons, and a massive video library of fishing tutorials. FishGPT was integrated as the platform's AI assistant for personalized advice.
The Result
Tackle.net grew into a thriving community with 520+ independent lure makers and over 4,300 listed products. The platform serves as the central hub for the custom bait community, combining marketplace functionality with AI tools and educational content.
