- Yes. Marketplaces are two products in one, supply side and demand side, and we have shipped both: matching logic, payments and escrow flows, seller dashboards, and the SEO architecture that makes listings rank.
- How long does it take?
- A typical MVP ships in 4–8 weeks and a landing page in 1–2 weeks. Marketing engagements run monthly, with the first results usually visible inside the first cycle.
- What does it cost?
- We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
- Who will I actually be working with?
- The founder, Murat Efe Dogan, is your single point of contact, the same person who does the work. The team scales up when the project does, but you never get handed to an account manager.
- Which side do we grow first?
- Supply, in almost every case, and locally rather than everywhere. A marketplace that is deep in one city or category beats one that is thin everywhere, because the first buyer experience determines whether they ever come back. Geographic focus early is what makes the later expansion cheap.
- How do you price?
- Per project, not per hour, so the incentive is to ship rather than to bill. You get a concrete number after the intro call, not a range, and it does not move unless the scope does.
- What if the scope changes halfway through?
- It usually does, and weekly demos are what make that safe. Changes get priced against what is left rather than triggering a renegotiation of the whole project.
- Which language and hours do you work in?
- Everything runs in English on European hours. Turkish is available too, since that is where the studio is based.
