Design for Healthcare businesses in Belgium

In healthcare we build patient-facing platforms and exam-prep products where reliability and data privacy are non-negotiable. Compliance-conscious architecture from the first commit, not retrofitted later.

Companies in Belgium work with us fully remotely: one founder as your point of contact, weekly demos, delivery on EU hours, everything in English.

What design means for Healthcare businesses

In healthcare, design mistakes have consequences beyond a lost conversion. A dosage read wrong in bad contrast or a critical action too close to a benign one is a safety issue. So the work starts from legibility and error prevention: accessible contrast as a floor rather than a target, destructive actions separated and confirmed, and language a worried person can parse on a small screen.

  • WCAG AA as a floor, verified with a screen reader and keyboard only
  • Critical and destructive actions separated, confirmed and reversible
  • Plain-language patterns for consent, results and instructions

Working with bradi.tech from Belgium

Invoicing and VAT
You are invoiced in euros from Türkiye, outside the EU, so no VAT is charged and there is no reverse-charge entry to make: it is a straightforward import of services for your accountant.
Hours and language
One hour behind Brussels, with the full Belgian working day covered. Delivery runs in English, alongside Dutch and French language front ends where the product needs both.
What local costs
Brussels and Antwerp agencies quote 90 to 130 euros an hour for senior development, and employer costs on a local hire are among the highest in Europe.
This market
Belgium is bilingual by default, so almost every product needs Dutch and French from day one rather than as a later localisation project. We build that into the data model instead of bolting it on, which is where most Belgian rebuilds come from.

Design for Healthcare businesses in Belgium: FAQ

Do you offer design for companies in Belgium?
Yes, we deliver design for clients in Belgium fully remotely, as we do across Europe, North America and the Middle East. You work directly with the founder, see progress weekly, and everything runs in English on EU hours.
Have you worked with healthcare providers and health-tech startups before?
Yes. In healthcare we build patient-facing platforms and exam-prep products where reliability and data privacy are non-negotiable. Compliance-conscious architecture from the first commit, not retrofitted later.
What does design cost in Belgium?
We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below local agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
How fast can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of the intro call. A typical MVP ships in 4–8 weeks; a landing page in 1–2 weeks. You see working output every week from the first sprint.
Does accessibility have to slow the project down?
No, if it is a starting constraint rather than a late audit. Contrast, focus order and semantics cost almost nothing when designed in and are expensive to retrofit across a finished product. The late audit is what causes the delay, not the requirement.
What happens after launch?
Most clients stay on a monthly retainer for improvements and growth, which is where design usually pays for itself. It is optional and month to month: the handover includes documentation good enough for another team to pick it up.
How do you price?
Per project, not per hour, so the incentive is to ship rather than to bill. You get a concrete number after the intro call, not a range, and it does not move unless the scope does.
What if the scope changes halfway through?
It usually does, and weekly demos are what make that safe. Changes get priced against what is left rather than triggering a renegotiation of the whole project.

Need design in Belgium?

A 20-minute call is enough to scope it. You talk directly to the founder, the same person who will build it.
