What design means for Education & Learning businesses

In education design decides whether someone comes back on day four. Cognitive load is the enemy: too many choices at once, progress that is invisible, an interface that competes with the material for attention. We design the learning path as a sequence with visible progress, and for children's products we design for the adult approving it as much as the child using it.

  • Lesson and course layouts that keep attention on the material
  • Progress and achievement design tuned to actual return rates
  • Child-facing interfaces with a parent view that answers the adult's questions

Invoicing and VAT
You are invoiced in euros from Türkiye, outside the EU, so no VAT is charged and there is no reverse-charge entry to make: it is a straightforward import of services for your accountant.
Hours and language
One hour behind Copenhagen, so the Danish working day is fully covered. Delivery runs in English, which Danish teams work in comfortably.
What local costs
Copenhagen agencies quote 900 to 1,400 kroner an hour for senior development, with in-house salaries among the highest in the Nordics.
This market
Danish clients tend to be design-led and expect a high standard of interface work rather than functional-only delivery. Our Danish clients have come through PredictHire, and the feedback loop has been short and direct.

Design for Education & Learning businesses in Denmark: FAQ

Do you offer design for companies in Denmark?
Yes, we deliver design for clients in Denmark fully remotely, as we do across Europe, North America and the Middle East. You work directly with the founder, see progress weekly, and everything runs in English on EU hours.
Have you worked with education companies and learning platforms before?
Yes. In education we have shipped exam-prep platforms, learning apps and story products for kids: spaced content delivery, progress tracking and the retention mechanics that keep learners coming back.
What does design cost in Denmark?
We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below local agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
How fast can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of the intro call. A typical MVP ships in 4–8 weeks; a landing page in 1–2 weeks. You see working output every week from the first sprint.
How do you design for children without being patronising?
By respecting the age band precisely. Younger users need icon-led navigation and forgiving targets; older ones resent anything that looks babyish and will abandon it. We design one band properly rather than a compromise that fits neither, and we always give the parent a view of what is happening.
Who owns the code and the accounts when we are done?
You do, from the first commit. The repository, the ad accounts, the analytics and the domains are created in your name or transferred to it, and there is no proprietary layer you have to keep paying us to maintain.
How does a week actually look?
You see working software or live campaign numbers every week, not a status report. Between demos everything runs async on a shared board, so you can check progress without a meeting.
Can you take over something another team started?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a fixed-fee audit of the existing code or account before quoting the Denmark engagement, so nobody commits to a rebuild before we both know what is actually there.

Need design in Denmark?

A 20-minute call is enough to scope it. You talk directly to the founder, the same person who will build it.
