What design means for HR & Recruitment businesses

HR tools are used by two people with opposite pressures: a recruiter processing a hundred applications and a candidate filling in one form while nervous. Designing for the recruiter means density, keyboard flow and bulk actions. Designing for the candidate means the opposite: fewer fields, visible progress, no dead ends. Most HR products design one and inherit the other.

  • Recruiter workspace built for density, keyboard shortcuts and bulk actions
  • Candidate flow with visible progress and the fewest possible fields
  • Pipeline and scoring views that make a decision explainable later

Invoicing and VAT
You are invoiced in dirhams, dollars or euros from outside the UAE, so no local VAT is charged and it falls under the standard reverse-charge treatment for imported services.
Hours and language
One hour behind Dubai, so the Gulf working day overlaps ours almost entirely, including the Sunday to Thursday week where you run it. Delivery is in English.
What local costs
Dubai agencies quote 150 to 250 dollars an hour, inflated by office costs and a heavily international market.
This market
The UAE market moves quickly and expects presentation quality to match the ambition of the project, and multilingual interfaces with Arabic right-to-left support are usually a first-version requirement rather than a later addition.

Design for HR & Recruitment businesses in the United Arab Emirates: FAQ

Do you offer design for companies in the United Arab Emirates?
Yes, we deliver design for clients in the United Arab Emirates fully remotely, as we do across Europe, North America and the Middle East. You work directly with the founder, see progress weekly, and everything runs in English on EU hours.
Have you worked with HR-tech companies and recruitment teams before?
Yes. Our HR work runs deep: AI-powered candidate screening, video interview platforms and mobile apps for applicants. We know the domain's hard parts: bias reduction, ATS integrations, and keeping candidates in the funnel.
What does design cost in the United Arab Emirates?
We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below local agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
How fast can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of the intro call. A typical MVP ships in 4–8 weeks; a landing page in 1–2 weeks. You see working output every week from the first sprint.
Can the same design system serve both sides?
The tokens and components can; the layouts should not. A recruiter wants a hundred rows on screen, a candidate wants one question at a time. We share the foundation and diverge at the layout layer, which keeps the brand consistent without forcing one audience into the other's interface.
Who actually does the work?
Murat Efe Dogan, the founder, writes the code and runs the campaigns for HR-tech companies and recruitment teams. Specialists join for the parts that need them, design or paid media, but you never get handed to an account manager and the person on the call is the person building.
Who owns the code and the accounts when we are done?
You do, from the first commit. The repository, the ad accounts, the analytics and the domains are created in your name or transferred to it, and there is no proprietary layer you have to keep paying us to maintain.
How does a week actually look?
You see working software or live campaign numbers every week, not a status report. Between demos everything runs async on a shared board, so you can check progress without a meeting.

Need design in the United Arab Emirates?

A 20-minute call is enough to scope it. You talk directly to the founder, the same person who will build it.
