SEO for Events & Exhibitions businesses
We do SEO as engineers: technical audits, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and programmatic page architectures that scale to hundreds of ranking pages. One SaaS client grew organic traffic +184% in six months, the same playbook this very page is built on.
From a white-label event ticketing platform (tiered tickets, high-traffic on-sales, door scanning) to exhibition-stand builders' sites, we know events tech's spiky traffic and hard deadlines.

What SEO includes
What SEO means for Events & Exhibitions businesses
Event search is seasonal and brutally time-boxed: the traffic arrives in the weeks before the date and disappears after. The mistake that costs the most is launching a new site or new URLs for each edition, which resets the authority every year. Done properly, one domain accumulates a decade of links and each edition inherits it.
- One domain, edition structure, so each year inherits accumulated authority
- Exhibitor and speaker pages that keep ranking between editions
- Event schema with dates, venue and ticket availability kept current

SEO for Events & Exhibitions businesses: FAQ
- Have you worked with event organizers and exhibition builders before?
- Yes. From a white-label event ticketing platform (tiered tickets, high-traffic on-sales, door scanning) to exhibition-stand builders' sites, we know events tech's spiky traffic and hard deadlines.
- How long does it take?
- A typical MVP ships in 4–8 weeks and a landing page in 1–2 weeks. Marketing engagements run monthly, with the first results usually visible inside the first cycle.
- What does it cost?
- We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
- Who will I actually be working with?
- The founder, Murat Efe Dogan, is your single point of contact, the same person who does the work. The team scales up when the project does, but you never get handed to an account manager.
- Should each edition get its own website?
- Almost never. Every new domain starts at zero while the old one decays, and you repeat that annually. Keep one site with an edition structure, redirect the current year to the live edition, and eleven years of accumulated links keep working for you instead of being abandoned.
- Can you take over something another team started?
- Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a fixed-fee audit of the existing code or account, so nobody commits to a rebuild before we both know what is actually there.
- What do you need from us to start?
- One decision maker who can answer questions inside a day, whatever brand assets exist, and access to the systems we are touching. That is enough to start; the rest gets defined as we go.
- What happens after launch?
- Most clients stay on a monthly retainer for improvements and growth, which is where SEO usually pays for itself. It is optional and month to month: the handover includes documentation good enough for another team to pick it up.

A 20-minute call is enough to scope it. You talk directly to the founder, the same person who will build it.
