Mobile App Rescue and Backend Rewrite
A US client came to us with a mobile app that had been built with AI and never felt right: the interface was rough and the backend buckled under real use. We revamped the UI, rewrote the entire backend in NestJS with Redis caching and a proper optimisation pass, and the app is now being prepared for release.

- Usually yes. We start with a fixed-fee audit of the codebase and the billing setup, because those two decide whether extending is cheaper than rebuilding.
