Cognitive load is the enemy: too many choices at once, progress that is invisible, an interface that competes with the material for attention. We design the learning path as a sequence with visible progress, and for children's products we design for the adult approving it as much as the child using it.

- Ja, we leveren design aan klanten in België volledig op afstand, net als in de rest van Europa, Noord-Amerika en het Midden-Oosten. Je werkt direct met de oprichter en ziet elke week voortgang.
- Hebben jullie eerder met onderwijsbedrijven en leerplatformen gewerkt?
- Ja. In het onderwijs leverden we examentrainingsplatformen, leerapps en verhaalproducten voor kinderen op, met gespreide contentlevering, voortgangsregistratie en de retentiemechaniek die leerlingen laat terugkomen.
- Wat kost design in België?
- We rekenen per project, niet per uur. Als senior remote team zitten we doorgaans ruim onder de tarieven van lokale bureaus voor dezelfde stack en ervaring. Het kennismakingsgesprek eindigt met een concrete offerte, geen bandbreedte.
- Hoe snel kunnen jullie starten?
- Meestal binnen één tot twee weken na het kennismakingsgesprek. Een gemiddelde MVP staat live in 4–8 weken, een landingspagina in 1–2 weken. Vanaf de eerste sprint zie je elke week werkend resultaat.
- How do you design for children without being patronising?
- By respecting the age band precisely. Younger users need icon-led navigation and forgiving targets; older ones resent anything that looks babyish and will abandon it. We design one band properly rather than a compromise that fits neither, and we always give the parent a view of what is happening.
- Wie doet het werk echt?
- Murat Efe Dogan, de oprichter, schrijft de code en draait de campagnes voor onderwijsbedrijven en leerplatformen. Specialisten sluiten aan waar dat nodig is, voor design of advertenties, maar je wordt nooit doorgeschoven naar een accountmanager: degene aan tafel is degene die bouwt.
- Van wie zijn de code en de accounts als we klaar zijn?
- Van jou, vanaf de eerste commit. De repository, de advertentieaccounts, de analytics en de domeinen staan op jouw naam of gaan naar jouw naam. Er is geen gesloten laag waarvoor je ons moet blijven betalen.
- Hoe ziet een week eruit?
- Je ziet elke week werkende software of live campagnecijfers, geen statusrapport. Tussen de demo's loopt alles async op een gedeeld bord, dus je kunt de voortgang volgen zonder vergadering.
