Mobile App Rescue and Backend Rewrite
A US client came to us with a mobile app that had been built with AI and never felt right: the interface was rough and the backend buckled under real use. We revamped the UI, rewrote the entire backend in NestJS with Redis caching and a proper optimisation pass, and the app is now being prepared for release.

- Evet: Avrupa, Kuzey Amerika ve Orta Doğu'da olduğu gibi Türkiye'deki müşterilerle de tamamen uzaktan çalışıyoruz. Doğrudan kurucuyla çalışıyor, ilerlemeyi her hafta görüyorsunuz.
- Tasarım çalışmanız neleri kapsıyor?

Her iş tanışma görüşmesinde ayrı ayrı kapsamlandırılıyor; yani aldığınız plan hazır bir paketi değil, sizin ürününüzü yansıtıyor.
- Türkiye'de tasarım maliyeti ne kadar?
- Saatlik değil, proje bazlı fiyatlandırıyoruz. Kıdemli bir uzak ekip olarak aynı teknoloji ve deneyim seviyesi için genellikle yerel ajans fiyatlarının belirgin şekilde altında kalıyoruz. Tanışma görüşmesi bir aralıkla değil, net bir teklifle bitiyor.
- Ne kadar sürede başlayabilirsiniz?
- Genellikle tanışma görüşmesinden sonraki bir iki hafta içinde. Tipik bir MVP 4–8 haftada, bir landing page 1–2 haftada yayına giriyor. İlk sprintten itibaren her hafta çalışan bir çıktı görüyorsunuz.
- Başka bir ekibin başlattığı işi devralır mısınız?
- Evet, yaptığımız işin önemli bir kısmı bu. Mevcut kodu ya da hesabı sabit ücretli bir denetimle inceliyoruz, Türkiye için teklif vermeden önce. Böylece elde ne olduğunu ikimiz de bilmeden kimse baştan yazmaya söz vermiş olmuyor.
- Başlamak için sizden ne lazım?
- Sorulara bir gün içinde cevap verebilen tek bir karar verici, elinizdeki marka varlıkları ve dokunacağımız sistemlere erişim. Başlamak için bu kadarı yeterli, gerisi yol boyunca netleşiyor.
- Yayına aldıktan sonra ne oluyor?
- Müşterilerin çoğu geliştirme ve büyüme için aylık bir anlaşmayla devam ediyor; tasarım genelde kendini burada amorti ediyor. Zorunlu değil ve aydan aya: teslimat, başka bir ekibin devralmasına yetecek dokümantasyonla birlikte geliyor.
