Google Ads for HR & Recruitment businesses
Google is where you meet buyers already looking for you. We run Search, Shopping and Performance Max with the same engineering mindset we bring to SEO: tight keyword and negative lists, conversion tracking that matches your CRM, and landing pages built for the query rather than the brand.
Our HR work runs deep: AI-powered candidate screening, video interview platforms and mobile apps for applicants. We know the domain's hard parts: bias reduction, ATS integrations, and keeping candidates in the funnel.

What Google Ads includes
What Google Ads means for HR & Recruitment businesses
HR search splits cleanly into two accounts that should never share a budget. Software buyers search for tools, integrations and compliance, with long consideration and high value. Recruitment searches are volume, local and seasonal. Running both in one account means the algorithm optimises toward whichever converts faster and quietly starves the other.
- Separate software and recruitment accounts, with their own budgets
- Job campaigns by role and radius, with location extensions
- Buyer-side campaigns on integration and compliance search intent

Google Ads for HR & Recruitment businesses: FAQ
- Have you worked with HR-tech companies and recruitment teams before?
- Yes. Our HR work runs deep: AI-powered candidate screening, video interview platforms and mobile apps for applicants. We know the domain's hard parts: bias reduction, ATS integrations, and keeping candidates in the funnel.
- How long does it take?
- A typical MVP ships in 4–8 weeks and a landing page in 1–2 weeks. Marketing engagements run monthly, with the first results usually visible inside the first cycle.
- What does it cost?
- We price per project, not per hour, and as a senior remote team we are usually well below agency rates for the same stack and seniority. The intro call ends with a concrete quote, not a range.
- Who will I actually be working with?
- The founder, Murat Efe Dogan, is your single point of contact, the same person who does the work. The team scales up when the project does, but you never get handed to an account manager.
- Can one account do both hiring and software leads?
- Technically yes, effectively no. The conversion values are orders of magnitude apart, so smart bidding will always favour the cheap one. Separate accounts or at minimum separate campaigns with their own budgets and conversion actions, otherwise your expensive lead type disappears within a month.
- What happens after launch?
- Most clients stay on a monthly retainer for improvements and growth, which is where Google Ads usually pays for itself. It is optional and month to month: the handover includes documentation good enough for another team to pick it up.
- How do you price?
- Per project, not per hour, so the incentive is to ship rather than to bill. You get a concrete number after the intro call, not a range, and it does not move unless the scope does.
- What if the scope changes halfway through?
- It usually does, and weekly demos are what make that safe. Changes get priced against what is left rather than triggering a renegotiation of the whole project.
Need Google Ads?
A 20-minute call is enough to scope it. You talk directly to the founder, the same person who will build it.
